Heat I tsp ghee, 1 tsp coconut manna and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon in sauce pan.

Add 2 cups of liquid- almond milk, clean water, coconut milk- and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup basmati rice.


At brisk boil, reduce to low temp and add I chopped Apple, 1/4 c blueberries, any nut nuts or seeds you might like. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

I sprinkle unsweetened coconut and Gomasio on top of mine.
