Heat 1 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp tumeric in sauce pan. Add 2 cups of liquid- almond milk, clean water, coconut milk- and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup brown jasmine rice. Cook for 20 minutes. Add 4 chopped apricots, 2 slices fresh pineapple, 1/4 cup cashews, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, flax seeds or any other nuts and seeds you might like. Let sit until cooled. **I sprinkle toasted coconut and Gomasio on top of mine. **
